免责声明

1. 包税专线单个包裹丢失或破损最高赔付100加币,需出具购买凭证 (收据小票或网购截图)。我司建议单个包裹装箱价值不要超过最高赔付值。外包装完好内件损坏的包裹不予赔付。任何情况下赔付均不赔付运费;

2. 邮寄玻璃液体类等易碎产品我司会进行仔细包装加固,但是若产品在承运过程中发生破损泄漏我司不予赔付;

3. 我司对于问题包裹,如丢失内件,显示签收未收到,寄错地址,以及其他问题的处理时效为签收之日起的一周。请您注意查收包裹,有问题及时向我司客服反馈。逾期恕我司及国内派送部门无法保留数据不予处理;

4. 不包税线路,如UPS、DHL、Fedex、Canada Post所产生的税金我司均不予承担,如税金过高可选择退回到我司。对不包税线路给出的预计到达时间均为各大承运商预计,我司对实效性不做担保。对此有异议可直接咨询承运商。
