Unfortunately, our company is not responsible for the possible tax generated by third-party logistics companies such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, Canada Post. However, Clients can choose to return the packages to our company if the tax is excessive. If you have any concerns, please contact the third-party logistics company directly.

if it is a high-value package, we suggest you buy insurance for it. For the insurance rates, it charges 5% of the total value of a package. The insurance only covers when the package is lost during the delivery.

Customers can follow the WeChat official account to track the package by click on membership center, order, and shipment details in sequence. Otherwise, customers can scan the QR code on the receipt by WeChat to track shipment status. For route 3, customers can find the tracking number on the shipment details page from our WeChat official account. In this case, customers need to visit the third-party logistics company’s website (UPS, DHL, FedEx, or Canada Post) to track the package.

For routes 1 and 2, our cooperate logistic company is YunDa express. For Canada Post, the logistic company will change to EMS after it arrived in China. UPS, DHL, FedEx remain the same.
